We Created Ridge Ocean with a shared passion for travel and a simple mission: to help people enjoy stress-free, unforgettable holidays.
Between us, we bring different perspectives and experiences - combining careful planning, attention to detail and a genuine love for exploring new places. We understand how important it is to get every part of your trip right and how overwhelming it can feel to organise it all yourself.

Henrietta
Originally from Greece, travel has always been a natural part of my life. Growing up around some of the world's most beautiful destinations gave me a deep appreciation for what makes a place truly special - not just where you go but how you experience it.
I enjoy discovering new places, different cultures, and finding experiences that go beyond the typical holiday. For me, its about creating trips that feel effortless, enjoyable and genuinely memorable.
At Ridge Ocean I focus on bringing that perspective into every trip we plan - making sure each experience is smooth, well thought out and something you can fully enjoy without the stress.
Achilleas
Originally from Hungary, I moved to the UK to build a new life and explore more of the world. Since then, travel has become a huge part of who I am - I love discovering new destinations, experiencing different cultures and finding those special places that truly help you switch off and enjoy the moment.
I've always been the person who enjoys planning - researching destinations, finding the best options and making sire every detail comes together perfectly. But I also know how overwhelming and time consuming it can feel when you are trying to organise everything yourself.
That's why I am passionate about helping others create stress-free, memorable holidays. I want you to feel excited about your trip knowing everything has been carefully planned with you in mind.

COMPLAINT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a problem whilst on holiday, this must be reported to the relevant principal/supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately. If you fail to follow this procedure there will be less opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint. The amount of compensation you may be entitled to may be reduced or you may not receive any at all depending upon the circumstances. If you wish to complain when you return home, write to the principal/supplier. You will see the name and address plus contact details in any confirmation documents we send you. We will of course assist you with this if you wish- please contact your InteleTravel agent and copy Customer Services at customerservice@inteletravel.com. If the matter cannot be resolved and it involves us or another ABTA Member then you have the option to use ABTA's ADR scheme, approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, see www.abta.com
