Is my Booking financially protected?
Absolutely. We understand that your holiday is a significant investment, which is why we ensure every booking is fully protected.
When you book a flight-inclusive package with us or one of our partners, you are protected by the ATOL scheme, meaning that if the tour operator or airline fails, you are guaranteed a refund or, if you are already abroad, a safe flight home at no extra cost. (*always ask your travel advisor when booking)
For non-flight arrangements, such as cruises or UK cottage stays, your money is protected through our ABTA membership. This bond ensures that your funds are secure from the moment you pay until you return home.
We will always provide you with an ATOL Certificate where applicable or booking confirmation detailing exactly how your specific trip is covered, giving you total peace of mind to simply focus on the journey ahead.
How does the discovery call works?
Our process begins with a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call, where we get to know your travel style, preferences, and 'must-haves.' Following this, we leverage our global network of partners to curate a bespoke itinerary tailored specifically to you. Once you’re 100% happy with the proposal, we handle all the logistics—from securing the best rates to managing your documentation. You’ll receive a clear breakdown of deposit requirements and final balance dates (typically 12–14 weeks before departure), making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
Do you provide support with Visa and travel advice?
Navigating the world of visas, entry requirements, and health protocols can be daunting, but we are here to guide you every step of the way. We provide up-to-date advice based on the latest FCDO (Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office) guidelines for your specific destination. Additionally, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip and can advise on the level of coverage you might need. From the moment you start planning until you land back home, we ensure you have the information necessary to travel safely and confidently.

COMPLAINT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a problem whilst on holiday, this must be reported to the relevant principal/supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately. If you fail to follow this procedure there will be less opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint. The amount of compensation you may be entitled to may be reduced or you may not receive any at all depending upon the circumstances. If you wish to complain when you return home, write to the principal/supplier. You will see the name and address plus contact details in any confirmation documents we send you. We will of course assist you with this if you wish- please contact your InteleTravel agent and copy Customer Services at customerservice@inteletravel.com. If the matter cannot be resolved and it involves us or another ABTA Member then you have the option to use ABTA's ADR scheme, approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, see www.abta.com
